We break away from the stereotypical Food & Beverage Menus and share with our guests a changing and rotating menu based on the day of the week or the catch of the day. Our breakfast and dinner menu’s change on a daily basis to offer a variety of local dishes for them to savour. Daily Menus are planned based on the produce received, marinations are overnight for maximum flavour and whole spices are roasted inhouse and powdered for optimum taste.
