Your one on one 60 minute session to learn and practice the ancient science of yogic asanas native to this country. Feel free to choose any soothing area of the haveli and make it your own for that hour under the guidance of our Yoga Instructor. Each session is followed by Pranayam, simple but powerful ritual of holistic breathing that works to sustain prana or life force within. Close the session with basic Meditation, the art of expansion of the mind while enjoying stillness.
