A larger spacious suite around 500 plus square feet (over 46 square meters) largely spread out on the second floor enveloping the white herbs nursery and one on the first floor opening out to the North Verandah with tall mango trees are all fused with comfortable outdoor seating and loungers. Each of the SVAASA suites has its own character and uniqueness, with its luxurious space and interiors fully equipped with modern amenities for a comfortable stay.
This suite is named after my great uncle who was incharge of the construction of all projects of the family; personal, business or philanthropic and humanitarian. It has an extra king sized bed with a beautifully carved dewan bed. This suite on the second floor in blue hues has a large window towards the sunset.

He was the eldest of 4 brothers and has a street named after him as well commending his service to the city. This bright suite on the second floor has two king sized spring beds and a tall south facing windows with access to the verandah.

The youngest of the four brothers he was an animal lover and a Tea Merchant. This suite on the second floor has a handmade mosaic bathtub in its large bathroom and terracotta roof bricks interlocked to create a textured and cool ceiling. It has three beds and large windows.

This suite is named after my great grandfather who owned Green Tea Gardens in North East India, and great business acumen. This is a two-room unit on the first floor facing tall mango trees and an inviting terrace. The traditional décor and design is reflected in the furniture and on the ceilings and walls. It has a king sized bed and a single extra bed in the sitting room.
